We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free standard shipping on orders over $150.00. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. SkinfluenceMe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Timeframe

• Reach out within 30 days of delivery to start a return.

What’s eligible

• Products that are unopened and unused, still in their original packaging.
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days with a photo so we can fix it fast.
  
• If you have a skin reaction, email us within 14 days (with pictures of your reaction) — we’ll work with you on a safe swap.

• Opened/used products (unless it’s due to damage or a reaction)
  

Exchanges & Store Credit

• Once we receive and check your return, you’ll get store credit (a digital gift card) or can exchange for another product of equal value.
