Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after processing, with expedited options available at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, with free standard shipping on orders over $150.00. Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. SkinfluenceMe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Return Policy
We want you to love everything you order from SkinfluenceMe! Because skincare is personal (and sensitive), we don’t offer cash refunds — but we’ll gladly help you with an exchange or store credit if something doesn’t work out. 🤎
Here’s how it works:
Timeframe
- Reach out within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
What’s eligible
- Products that are unopened and unused, still in their original packaging.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, let us know within 7 days with a photo so we can fix it fast.
- If you have a skin reaction, email us within 14 days (with pictures of your reaction) — we’ll work with you on a safe swap.
What’s not returnable
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Opened/used products (unless it’s due to damage or a reaction)
Exchanges & Store Credit
- Once we receive and check your return, you’ll get store credit (a digital gift card) or can exchange for another product of equal value.
- Shipping costs aren’t refundable, and return shipping is on you unless we made a mistake.
